HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
During this season of thanks, the Zoomcatchers team says THANK YOU for all your continued support!
In case you missed this live, we're excited to announce the release of the Frank Silvera Writers' Workshop play reading: the (MiS) Education of the young miss Cassie Jonze, written by Cris E. Blak and directed by Sapphron Quinn, featuring Nadel Henville, Destiny Tompkins, Jehiny Rodriguez, Prentice Myles, and Hannibal Tabu, and produced by Kimberly Gunn & Garland Thompson Jr!
Synopsis
After her twin sister is murdered by campus police while rehearsing for a school performance of "Romeo & Juliet," college senior Cassie Jonze is forced to navigate her grief and anger while feeling like the world seemingly moves on without any acknowledgment of wrongdoing.
Through conversations with friends and a young adjunct professor, moments of verse, and a little Shakespeare, she may learn how to get through the darkness and step into a new light.
